Product availability and delivery time

While C-EL Unlimited make every attempt to ensure product availability and speedy delivery to our customers, we are also dependent upon the inventory and order processing of our service providers, and make no guarantees that all products displayed on our site will be available or that orders will always be delivered in the specified time. Due to market and demand dictates, we cannot offer the full range of products that our suppliers offer on their websites or in their brochures.

Purchasing

Submit your official order for the product or products that you have selected on this site and we will send you an order confirmation. Should a product be out of stock, we will inform you. If you are satisfied with the terms of the order confirmation, submit your payment as specified. By submitting your payment, you agree to the terms of the purchase as well as our full terms and conditions as they appear here. Only prices shown on our order confirmations are valid for purchases made through C-EL Unlimited and we are under no obligation to honour prices offered by other entities, including, but not limited to, the product manufacturers. Customized and large orders are subject to a deposit of 50 %. Balance is subject to approved credit application. Prices are subject to exchange rates.

Shipping and delivery

We ship through selected cartage contractors to addresses in R.S.A and Namibia only at the customer's expense and in order of payments received. Products normally ship within 7 days of payment, but C-EL Unlimited accept no responsibility or liability for delays. At your option, you can purchase insurance against theft and loss at your expense. Handling and storage costs in excess of 2 weeks at the customer's expense.

Guarantees

Only warranties and guarantees offered by manufacturers apply and C-EL Unlimited are under no obligation to honour any manufacturer guarantees. C-EL Unlimited will only refund purchases delivered in error and only upon receipt of returned merchandise. No returns will be accepted after 7 days of receipt of goods.

Privacy

We will never sell or give away any personal information that you submit and will only use your information to keep you informed of the products that we offer.

Right of refusal

At out discretion, C-EL Unlimited reserve the right to refuse to accept or execute any order and to cancel any order if we feel circumstances dictate. C-EL Unlimited retain ownership of goods until payment has been received. For any situation or circumstance not described in our terms and conditions, South African law applies.
